These Terms govern your use of VBO.directory. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

• Use the Platform lawfully.
• Do not misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform.
• Do not extract or reuse data in breach of third-party terms.

We may create listings from publicly available information and licensed sources. Listings may exist before owner interaction.

Some data is sourced from third parties including Google Maps Platform. Such data remains the property of its owners, may be updated/removed for compliance, and is displayed under license with required attribution.

No affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by Google is implied.

We may restrict, modify, or remove provider-derived fields to maintain legal and licensing compliance.

We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or uninterrupted availability of third-party or platform content.

You are responsible for account security and activity under your account.

• Do not submit unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
• Do not manipulate rankings or reviews.
• Do not use the Platform for spam or abusive outreach.
• Do not scrape, harvest, or automate extraction of platform/provider data.

Platform content excluding third-party data is owned or licensed by us. Reproduction or reuse requires permission.

Fees may apply to enhanced listings or services. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Pricing may change with notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability is limited to GBP 100 or fees paid in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.

You indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Platform, submitted content, or breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time.

We may update these Terms to maintain legal and third-party compliance.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be modified or discontinued.

VBO.directory may generate listings automatically, monetize through upgrades/services, and use listings for outreach and marketing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
